Micael Nunez - On three, okay?

Micael Nuñez is an American illustrator and designer who has spent the last three years splitting time between the sunny coast of Santa Cruz, California and the beautiful city of Vienna, where she now lives full-time. When life feels unsettled, she turns to nature and the quiet moments tucked between daily obligations to find inspiration. A walk among the towering Coast Redwoods or enjoying a Krapfen in a bustling Viennese café often sparks the beginning of a much larger story. Slowing down to recognize our small place in this magnificent world is what keeps her returning to her sketchbook. Looking ahead, Micael hopes to write and illustrate her own children’s books and is especially excited to work on projects that celebrate nature, community, reading, and all things whimsical.
