Martin Krammer - Someone's Trash Is Another's Treasure
| Martin Krammer (1993/Vienna) developed his creative skills early in high school, as his department focused on visual arts. Especially illustrating interactive riddle books and hidden object games fulfilled him until today and inspires him to take a closer look at the world. He studied five years of graphic and communication design at the Graphische HTL, followed by one additional year of masterclass (2007–2013). There he developed his vision to convey culture and history through his talents. After finishing the bachelor studies in Archaeology at the University of Vienna, he worked both as an illustrator and as an archaeologist, independently and in teams on excavation sites. He sees himself as a mediator for science communication and cultural education. Furthermore, he extended his know-how onto different forms of interactive art: he illustrated for companies for advertising and education, children’s books, posters, and reconstructions of everyday life in history. |
